This is a weird bug that I haven't been able to reproduce simply because I can't find the proper items again.
If you place a Magnum in a yellow carrying case, place the case on the ground, drag a speedloader onto the Magnum and try to load it, the game will crash to desktop.
When you log back in the game the yellow carrying case will be on the ground, but the magnum and speedloader will be gone

If so, please send us a dxdiag report and files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"
