I am sorry to hear of your ban however - could you write the reason again as I do not understand what you mean. The English language may be difficult so perhaps if you wrote this in your own language as well we may be able to see what you mean.

I am sure the Devs are multilingual.

Thank you for ur answer, sorry me my bad english lol. I`ll try once again - when i was playing from my laptop and from my steam-account i met another player in the game after that i lost control of my character. Then all equipment & loot of my character was lost & he dead. the next day i tried to enter the game & get the message about "global ban".
I hope you will solve this problem because this is not my fault and because I bought this game, this is my money & dont want to waste them to nothing.

Not sure I understand the whole context here, but if you are talking about a BattlEye ban then you would have to take it up with them: http://battleye.com/support.html

If your ban is from VAC/Steam you'd likewise need to take it up with them: https://support.steampowered.com/

Unfortunately, the mods here won't be able to help you with these.

This is pretty scary if this guy is telling the truth. People are able to hack other characters now!?

BattlEye bans need to be disputed with BattlEye. Please contact them directly:

support@battleye.com
