Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Hey Guys,

i have an extreme hardware issue with DayZ Standalone and my NIC. I get always an bluescreen while i'm playing DayZ. I've tested with another online games, but there... nothing ... it's okay (Dead Island coop - GW 2 and so on...)

It's the following Code:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL xenox64.sys

Is this game not compatible with my NIC? I've the latest version of driver and updated my whole system ... How did i said ... It's only on DayZ.

I hope you can understand my ... not-business-english. we didn't have here a german support ;)

Have anyone the same problem with the NIC? When yes... please contact me

Hey DayZ-Team!

i can solve the problem with introduction from the vendor qualcomm ... He gave me some Tips... I will post it here:

When you have a Bigfoot Killer Network NPU you can may have some issues with the bypass function of the NPU ...

These steps have to follow to solve this issue:

First, ensure hidden files and folders are being shown in Windows Explorer, then navigate to

C:\ProgramData\Bigfoot Networks

Right-click the GameDetect.xml file and click "Edit"

From here, you'll see a section at the top that looks like this:

<GameDetectSettings>

    <ByPassSection>
    <ByPass>mozybackup.exe</ByPass>
    <ByPass>mozystat.exe</ByPass>
    <ByPass>mozyconfig.exe</ByPass>

All you need to do is add a new line right under the mozy stuff and replace it with your application .exe. So, it should look something like this:

<ByPass>yourapp.exe</ByPass>

Then save the file and exit, then you'll need to reboot. You may then be able to connect to your game.

Now - The game works great :D I can join immediatetely the Server and don't get bluescreen... i'm very pleasured :D

You can close this :D

Greetz,
