So I'm playing with a friend, we got to stary sobor, screen freezes, I log back in, to find myself inside a house... on the ground try to stand up- Impossible, character lays back right off, try to walk crouching, same story, them I hear a zombie, pull out my magnum, somehow during the crash it went from pristine to ruined..

Not being able to walk or crouch is not a glitch - you have broken your legs. You received a lot of damage somehow during the crash, which is why your legs are broken and your magnum is ruined.
