Terrain Detail on Very Low = No Grass... // + New Grass rendering for everybody.
New, WishlistPublic

Description

Hello,

If you set the Terrain quality to Very Low you will have no more grass rendered in game... Its quite a game breaking/unbalanced setting allowed. Sort of Cheat for me.

I like to play with good visuals, goes for immersion. I play on High\VeryHigh, Dot.

Why people (with poor PC or the stupid one who KOS n'camp Mosin/LongRange) who set this option to VeryLow are able to see me when i'am prone ? And Me can't see them when they are laying far on the grass...?

And so why I can't see a sh*t near me when i'am prone in grass/Fields when other with this VeryLow setting can ? It's unfair, game breaking, unbalanced, bla bla bla... They should see grass around them when prone and see what others Players see even with VeryLow Setting.

By the way, New technique for rendering grass at far distance

You should take care about this thread and report on the Arma III board. Somebody ( Elcoo ) manages to get a REALLY GOOD rendering for this Grass problem, at least for the far distance one.
