Can confirm this, its happend to an teammate of mine today. I walk to him to heal the broken leg with my morphine, because his inventory got after 10m crouched completely ruined.

Confirmed again. Jump off a set of stairs in the construction yard, and your pants (not sure about chest items) and everything inside them will become ruined.

DayZ Logic, where jumping 5ft breaks your legs so bad, the bones split out and destroy your pants.
