Lagged/Desync'd through the floor on Rify and got stuck in one of the unenterable rooms with no way out.

I don't know, Id suggest joining a laggy server and run around on the Rify.

Additional Information

Also discovered loot spawned in the room with no possible way to obtain apart from my predicament, may want to look into that.

Getting stuck in inaccessible rooms is a known issue.

Try this:
Walk over to a wall leading outside, stand right against it and vault. Exit the server during the animation and log back in, and you should be on the other side.

I managed to escape by running and jumping at one of the corners to the room.
