Steps To Reproduce
2 gamer over one internet connection and another one over another internet connection.
Then the three people meet them on one server in one house = game freeze (from the two player over one connection)

yes, each building... we tried it on:
Military base at "veresnik"
City "Vybor"
Mountain "Green Mountain"
on 7 different Server
Ps: If he is on the other side of the map or 1/4 map away, no problems.
If he comes closer up to 20m, it becomes laggy and in the building: Freeze.
Last try, we were outside( the wall) of green mountain, he joins inside: near of Freeze
