After filling a syringe from the first aid kit, I cannot use the syringe on myself. I have tried clicking the syringe in the inventory, holding the syringe in my hand and rolling the mouse wheel, and dragging the syringe from its place in my inventory to my character, all to no avail.

Steps To Reproduce
Get a med kit, pull out the syringe and place it over the vial, draw out fluid, and attempt to use on yourself.

I tried this on multiple servers with a pre-filled syringe and I even started a new character and recreated the steps.
