Definitely reads like a broken leg.

If you can stand up, but not walk/run for even 2 meters, it's broken. You can fix it with a splint, crafted with wooden sticks and rags (or probably bandages).

By the way: Logout and login does not fix a leg anymore!

By the other way: This is not a bug - it's a feature.
