Screen stays grey when attacked

Description

When a zombie attacks, my screen stays grey even if I don't lose blood or get injured. I can go into the video settings and it returns to normal. Records no blood loss or injury, but always stays grey screened until I reset it.

Zombie attacks will reduce your blood level, even if you don't start bleeding.

The actual glitch here is that you can reset your grey screen by going into the settings.
