My character last character died, I hit the "respawn" button and wait the 30 seconds hoping it will actually respawn me(it doesn't). So after I get the "You are dead" message at the end of the 30 seconds i decide to play on the Hardcore servers for a while. i get fairly geared on the Hardcore server and log out and look to join back on a a regular server to see if i lived and it is giving me the "You are unconscious" message.

I have had the respawn work 2/7 times.

I have tried removing the character files in documents.

I have tried changing my in game name, my steam name, restarting steam, and joining the server i originally died on.

I have a fresh spawn on hardcore servers now, but was able to change servers on hardcore before so I am pretty sure it was connected to the hive.

Waiting no ammount of time makes me wake from being unconcious.

I'm going to keep checking this, so feel free to ask anything that is not clear.
