so everytime I join a server, it says I am unconsious.
doesn't matter how long I wait, the screen will stay black saying I am unconsious.
so I press the 'respawn' button. It counts down from 30 seconds, and then it says 'you are dead'... Pressing the respawn button again will give me the same result.
This is annoying as fuck, as I can't play now.

How long did you wait at the You Are Dead screen?
It might be showing 'You Are Dead' instead of the 300 second countdown.
Well its the same kind of problem.
I have this switch from dead to unconscious.
Maybe you can add some of your information to the comments.
reinstalling the game helps, but only until you die and some people solved it by joining a hardcore server.
