Just a huge performance drop every 10-15 seconds. My PC is reasonably high end considering I've had it two years, so I may even be getting off lightly, but I can't imagine what it would be like to play with more constant drops than this because at the moment it is just about tolerable. Just in case, I will post my PC specs below. Just to clarify, the game is running on quite high settings, now reduced to very low and I still get the problem. Whereas, before the 07/02/14 patch I could run the game very well on quite high settings.
