If you equip a gun while climbing a ladder, it will be put in your hands just like any other small item (you can sprint at full speed with it). You cannot shoot the gun.

Steps To Reproduce
- Equip gun in hands while inventory is full (and your gun slot is not empty).
- Use a ladder going down the roof, the gun will drop in front of the ladder.
- Target the gun with your crosshair, and press F to take it in your hands.
- ?????
- Enjoy sprinting at full speed with two "primary" guns.
