It seems to me that after the patch i do not get thirsty anymore, but i get hungry very very fast. I used to have a pretty good stock of Canned food and even if i eat the entire can i will become hungry again after running 200m or in a matter of minutes. Other then that i dont seem to get thirsty anymore, 2 hours of gameplay after patch i have have no yet been thirsty, but have eaten 3 entire cans of food. It seems like maybe Both water and food needs are shown as only hunger..
