Currently if you eat/drink enough to become stuffed you will vomit (bug). When you vomit your stomach will reset to 0 (not a bug) and your energy will decrease (this is a bug). Once the yellow stuffed bar appears it will never go away (bug), but your stomach will digest food and empty. The over-fed message and red stuffed bar and red sick bar will appear if you continue to eat after receiving the yellow stuffed bar.

Summary: Yellow stuffed bar is permanent.

Your character vomits as soon as the yellow stuffed bar
appears.
