This is a bug that has been present since day 1, and I haven't even seen it mentioned. After joining a server and then receiving the "Connecting Failed" error, the server browser will not list any servers for about 2 minutes, then you can click refresh and it will load all of them. If you click refresh twice, it will not load any of them and you will have to wait another two minutes.

Steps To Reproduce
- Open the server browser, and join a server.
- If you get the "Connecting Failed" error, you will remain on the browser, and no servers will load (in any tabs)
- If you manage to join a server, leave it, and go to the browser. No servers will load.
- After about two minutes, all of the servers will suddenly load.

True, its very hard to find the right server if you're searching for one when you cant consistently change de filters without having to wait couple minutes every time. (even happens with the favorites and friends tabs)
