I encountered same problem with orange down jacket, and I did have a chest holster. I dropped the chest holster, now I could wear down jacket but it replaced my shirt. Cannot wear down jacket and holster, cannot wear down jacket and shirt (replaces shirt).

you allready got a weapon holster

atm it seems to be not possible to wear this jacket with holster / assault vests
