Put in hotbar.
Hover over hotbar item to see condition.
Hover over actual item in inventory to see condition.

Per updates - this should not display any tooltip for the hotbar item.

"Graphics: Tooltips are now not displayed for quickbar items, as it is a reference to type not specific item"
