i timed out like 20 times in 2.5h everytime yellow/red chain no message recieved.
had to wait the entire 90 sec till i really timeout - if i disconnect before the auto disconnect i get the server hopp penalty.

I never had this before only times i had yellow / red chain / no message recieved combo is when the server really restarts
but today it was only my connection to the servers. i changed IP's checked network etc. etc. but everything ran as smooth as usually so i guess this has to be caused by the servers.
but still not much to report about why it happent.

It's a normal thing and everyone has expericend it just deal with it. It wont be fixed it's just a server thing.
