i was going into a house. After i was going to the second floor, i've fallen from the floor to the first and the i'm trapped between invisible walls. I'm in Elektrozavodsk ovest and i was walking worn a street going to a port area (i think). I cannot play anymore if i cannot escape from there.

join into the house, go to second floor and walk near the wall

Stand against one of the invisible walls facing out. Hit V to start vaulting, and mid-vault, log out. When you log back in, you should be on the other side of the wall.
