I was able to make it into this building by vaulting, but it was kind of inconvenient because I was crouch walking around Msta with no particular trouble at all, when I discovered that I would have to change my movement to get inside. I've included a screenshot of the building and the entrance that was giving me trouble; it looks to me like it's just too far up off the ground to get into without moving quickly or vaulting. {F29935}
