In one of the "piano buildings" in Svetlojarsk (three green doors, piano on ground level) there is a metal wall or barrikade blocking one of the doors.
It is possible to vault or jump past the blockade, the door glitches through when opening it.

Not sure about the correct location, somewhere in the eastern part of the city near the harbor, northwest of the school-type building. {F29924}
