This happened to me as well.
Repro:

  • M4 on Shoulder
  • Mosin in Hands
  • Spray Mosin

> Mosin vanishes completely. Waited 5 minutes for respawn but never came back

Happened to me. Mosin with bipod and bayonet. 2nd floor of building in a room, crouched and sprayed Rifle with black paint. Rifle vanished.
