Svetloyarsk Police Station, upstairs are a few doors along a curved wall. When I tried to open one of them (can't remember which, but it was one of the doors in the middle) I was teleported/glitched into a barricaded room, with a window facing main street. This happened in the same moment as I clicked the "open door" symbol.
Once in that room, I couldn't get out anymore, the door cannot be opened. Jumping out of the window is impossible too.
