Description

Its a weird glitch if you find a spray painted mosin or you paint a mosin yourself. You only get 1 bullet in the chamber instead of 5.

No, this is a duplicate. If you read the notes in #7413 you will see Matt Lightfoot's comment saying that this glitch will be fixed in the next patch.
