Glitched trough Chernogorsk townhall balustrade after drawing weapon.

Description

I climbed on the roof of the Chernogorsk townhall to the topmost postition, between the balustrade and the dome, facing towards the main square.
Drawing my Mosin lead to glitching through the balustrade onto a projection below the balustrade (otherwise I would have fallen straight down, which I ultimately did, after walking on it).
