Confirmed. I'm attaching another screenshot of the haybale and an image marking the place on the map.

I've seen it too.

The rocks next to the shack also protrude into the shack.

This is near Devil's castle.

This issue has already been resolved #12507 (Hay Bale floating in mid air).
