If you put a shotgun on your back and pick up another into your hands you can reload the shells from the one on your back into the one in your hands. You are also able to unload both, recombine the shells and load again, after second attempt server will crash. I duplicated this 4 times same result.

Steps To Reproduce
Load shells into shotgun on back (1 or 2)
pull up shotgun in hands (empty)
press reload (you will now see shells in both shotguns)
remove shells from both shotguns and recombine
Manually load shotgun on back
press reload for shotgun in hands
Remove shells from shotgun in hands
Attempt to remove shells from shotgun on back (will say recieving then server will crash)
