But seriously. I thought this was just a firehouse specific issue, but then it happened to me again in the hospital. Seemingly this will only happen to me when in third person view, though as i've had no hard to describe injuries through first person so far.

I can confirm this happens. I've seen it happen to a friend and it just happened to me just walking around an ATC tower.
I'm absolutely livid.
