gaslamp doesn't produce lightbeams anymore

Description

The lamp turns on, but there is no light coming from it. It used to work. see attached screenshot {F29837} {F29838}

Steps To Reproduce

turn on gaslamp in dark area

rotov set Category to category:items.

rotov set Reproducibility to Have Not Tried.

rotov set Severity to None.

rotov set Resolution to Duplicate.

I confirm this bug, but i think it is a duplication

It is not fixed. I just tried it on the stable build, looted a new pristine lamp and gas canister and it produced no light.

Unfortunately, this problem regarding the gas lamps is a known issue that has previously been reported.
