Since the moving of the spawn points, it has now become a race to the weapon spawns and people are coming back to player spawns to kill fresh spawns and also camp the entrance of towns, this will put people off and make the move away from the game, at first at least everyone had a chance of gaining a weapon and defending them selves.

make weapon spawns random (not in the same places with exception to army barracks)
more loot in other towns to make it worth visiting other places

Add random dead survivors in buildings, a dead corpse (maybe holding a gun,m4, pistol,food ETC)
put gun safes/safe in general containing antibiotics things of value etc in random buildings that require a crowbar or fire axe etc to open
make some house doors,garages,sheds locked and required to break in, and in these there maybe loot of more value.
basically make it a fair challenge not a spawn race
even have some decent loot spawn on the coasts(back to fighting chance), add more broken vehicles etc

I agree. In my eyes, a weapon should actually be something so special, that you rather fear to lose it than to die. Because otherwise, people won't stop killing just for fun.

I kinda disagree, because in my eyes other place are worth visiting already, even though there's not high value loot everywhere. But if you're not playing on a 30/40 player server, you should be able to find food in every town.

I absolutely agree. But in the same thought, I'd like the map to be a bit more loot balanced. I'd like if there was a location with many medicals, a location with a high rate of weapon spawns, another with military stuff (but no weapons here), another with tools (e.g. in factories) and so on, so that wherever you spawn, you'd have to go to various locations throughout the map, to gear up.

I'd like dead corpses (in DayZ!) too, but if they should carry something, whatever it is, this should be rare, because you'd definitely not be the first one crossing that corpse.

According to a Q&A (with Dean Hall) on a convention, this was actually something to come with the Alpha. Well, it didn't, but I agree - would be nice!

Would be authentic, but in my eyes, not really senseful so far since most of the doors look like they'd only need a hard kick to be kicked in. And how authentic would a wooden door be that you cannot open except with a key?

... and make it hard, so players are busy caring more about their live than about taking that of others!
I agree with the point of changing firearms spawn locations, everybody knows the places where the guns spawn, it should be more random, I know I wont find an M4 in a house but the revolver and the shotgun should spawn in more buildings other than big houses and the office buldings, it would make the game more fun and lees repetitive, right now I skip all little houses and shacks because I know there is nothing there
