I died after picking up a bipod. I'm sure this was from the item pickup as I was in an empty server (I just checked a few seconds before picking it up).

I had a fully loaded mosin with a pu scope attachment. I opened the inventory screen and dragged the bipod directly onto the mosin (without moving it to my inventory right away). As soon as I let go of the item on top of the weapon, I died.

When I hit escape (after I was dead), my camera was way high in the sky, whereas usually when I die, my camera is positioned in the floor where I died.
