Regarding 3rd Person Viewing
New, WishlistPublic

Description

This is not a glitch, but it's regarding a heavily discussed issue.

We all know that when it comes to viewing your character in 3rd person, there are a few benefits when viewing that way compared to 1st person.

One of the main reasons people use 3rd person is to be able to view around or above walls when standing next to one, using the Alt key. In my opinion (and many others), this is a very lousy and unrealistic "tool."

I'm suggesting that 3rd person viewing should be removed, and instead, let people be able to craft or find small handheld mirrors in which players can utilize by holding them around the edges of walls so there is at least some "effort" required to be able to do that. This will also give another player in the vicinity a small chance to be able to know that someone is looking at them.

Also, if you guys could add bikes very soon, I would love that.

I know that there are "1st person only" servers, I'd still like my suggestion to be implemented.

Yeah, I would've suggested something like that too but I imagine that someone else already has, so I want to suggest new ideas.

Thx for this post, but I would not remove it, but I would change it a bit, don't let the player look higher then their head is, don't let them look around the corner. In 3rd person you should be able to see the player from the back side, if I turn with alt key to the left or right, just let the player see his charcter from the side, that should solve the problem.
