Unable to fill a water bottle or Canteen while at a pond/lake. Have not tested at water-fountains, but I believe they function correctly, this issue refers specifically to filling up in a pond.

Steps To Reproduce
- Walk into a Pond/freshwater source
- Put your waterbottle/canteen in your hands
- Switch to third person mode
- Move up and down on the scroll wheel
In third-person mode you should only have the option to drink from the canteen in your hand, but if you switch back to first person, the options to drink from the pond and fill the water-bottle appear again.

I believe filling a canteen at a well works fine in 3PP but it is at ponds in particular I have had trouble.

Have you ensured that you had the canteen equipped and that when in 3PP you were aiming at the well?
If you dont aim at the well and have canteen equipped it wont work, I have had no problems filling my canteen in 3PP.
