Weird thing happened,
I was on a Brazilian server (I think) and it was during the day. I started off somewhere near a small village, beautiful scenery, so I wanted to go to third person view. This I have on Enter or NUMPAD Enter. I press it, absolutely nothing happens...
I restart the game on the same server and all of a sudden it's dark. Completely dark! Could not see a darn thing, so put the torch in my hand, "space" and turn on. Perfect, I could see where I was going and, for some reason, I was now able to switch between 3rd and 1st person view!

So, after a while running around in the dark I thought I'd wait a while in a house I found for the sun to come up.
Next problem. I could not open the door of any house with the torch in my hand!
Nor could I take the torch out of my hand and place it back in my pocket or whatever (no holster button). Also, I could not turn the torch off.

So, I tried relogging at the server. No problem. The daytime changed drastically again, from absolute pitch-black darkness and stary sky, to a bright sunlit "noon". Cool, I could use some light. The torch is back where I want it (although for some reason in slot 2 instead of 1) but OK, now I can use my fists again. Also, I can open doors now I am no longer with the torch in my hand.

So, it is light outside, I can open doors, the torch is back in inventory and in slot 2... there is just one slight problem: Again am I not able to switch between 3rd and 1st person view!

Hope you can figure out what happened, because I have no idea :P
