I was being chased by two zombies, then proceeded to swim across some water in hopes that they would be deterred. Upon looking back, I noticed that the zombies simply continued following me by walking along the bottom of the water. I tried it again and they can just run straight through it, while I get slowed down and struggle to make it through.
