Description

Basically, whenever I play, I can't draw my weapons, rearrange my inventory, or do anything other than run around.

Steps To Reproduce

The game works normally until another player comes anywhere near me. Then I can't use items anymore.

Additional Information

I have verified steam files, reset settings, rebooted my computer and reinstalled DayZ. None of which have been successful
