The factory (along the road in between Orlovets and Polana, 114,077) entrance gates are always in open position but are considered closed, when opened the gates swing toward the concrete walls instead of in a regular closed position. So in standard closed position they are perpendicular to the walls, in open position they are parallel and to the walls.

This could be intended as being a way to represent the gates already being open but with the current entity orientation they cannot be closed. Looks like the gate doors were placed in reverse order, i.e. the right door is on the left door's hinge.
