Too me this sounds like a hack someone had on a server, but then again can't be sure. I was running on the road just heading north to Solnichniy when I was instantly teleported to a town, don't know what town this is as the mouse and keyboard came unresponsive. Then someone was next to me and just shot and killed me. Once dead my mouse and keyboard were still unresponsive in game so I shut the game down with task manager.
