Concrete blocks, such as the ones under the 2-level camo-netted forts in the military base outside Balota Airfield will eat any items dropped near them under the fort (on ground level). In other words, if you drop an item near these blocks under this fort, they will appear inside the concrete blocks and not be re-obtainable.

Steps To Reproduce
Drop any kind of item near these blocks while under the 2-level camo-netted "forts" in military bases such as the one near Balota Airfield. Usually occurs when backed up against one of these blocks.
Additional Information
Items have also been lost in the same way when dropping in various other buildings and areas, but I will start another report for that when we get a better and more solid idea of where this is occurring.
