Sometimes, when emptying 5.56 mags (I haven't kept track of whether it is a STANAG mag or not) the bullets yielded are fewer than those reported in the mag. It seems that this happens most often with the 20 bullet magazines.
Often times, the bullets yielded from the magazine x6 (with x being the tens digit and 6 being the ones digit). So, for example, emptying a 20 round mag will sometimes result in only 16 bullets and, more uncommonly, 6 bullets.

Steps To Reproduce
Find several magazines (preferably 20 round mags). Empty them and note the amount of bullets yielded. Make sure to have them in your inventory and to have a free slot for the bullets to go; empty bullets onto the ground currently causes them to disapear forever.
Additional Information
I think this may have happened with 30 and 60 round mags but I can't be certain; I know that there was one instance where some of the emptied bullets from a 60 round mag went into my 300 round box and then 2 or 3 went into my inventory. I suppose that is a rather separate bug but it should be noted that I had 2 bullets left in that magazine before I loaded the rest so it seems that whatever data storage technique used for magazine capacity is faulty.
