Basically it is what the title is. Background info:

My friend has been running around with dual guns for a while, 1 on back 1 in hand. Today when he logged in, he was unable to shoulder the weapon, or interact with any of his gear. I told him to log out, try moving weapons in and out of hands, nothing would work. Our last idea was to just kill him.

We got together, he stripped all of his gear off and told me me to kill him. When I tried to punch him, nothing would happen. When I asked if it hurt him, he said, he was in another room. I was punching a "ghost" of him. He said he saw me, but I was unable to see him in any way.

When he got in the same area as me. I was also unable to play with my gear, drop gear, pick up gear, or shoulder a weapon. It's like it was contagious.

Notes:

Fists would work, not sure if they dealt damage.
Dropping gear, logging out, and logging back in would then show the gear on the ground. To pick it up, I had to "pick it up" log out, then log back in for it to show in my inventory.

My friend had jumped off of the boat NE of Berenzino 3 times before it killed him.
