A lot of the time when I try to pick up loot the sign just doesn't show up to pick it up. I also sometimes can't open doors because the sign doesn't show up, or it shows up 10 feet to the side of the door. If this is supposed to happen it would be nice if there was a notification saying the door is locked or something like that.
