When I attempt to join a game it will freeze on the "Please wait" black screen and the only thing I can do is hit escape and exit. However in doing this the game deletes all my progress and starts me over at the beach. The reason I have to try many different servers is because of another frequently occurring issue where when I enter a server the only thing I can do is move around. I will get in no real order the broken and solid yellow chain and a broken red chain. The ping and bandwidth will either be all 0's or they will be normal and the problem persists.
