When me and my buddy were playing we encountered server connection issues with one of the servers. When we disconnected and reconnected his character was still at the same position, doing nothing. When we went on playing the game he just died some minutes later, according to the text message by beeing hurt by something while there was nothing, probably because someone/something attacked his double.
Something wourth noticing would be: both of us played over the same lan with chaneged ports and (re)connected to many servers in a short time.
