zombies have not shown to deagro ever. no matter how far i ran including sneaky couch and prone times. same zombies show up and know right where i am.

I have had this same issue, I have hoofed it from Kamyshovo (Камышово) to Elektrozavodsk (Электрозаводск) full sprint with a single zombie chasing me. I stopped a few times along the route to look for items and the same zombie would catch up and in some instances over shorter distances teleport closer to me (on the Kamyshovo docks, it teleported roughly 20 meters southwest).
Will attempt to obtain video evidence of this.
