When I kill people, I want them to stop moving.

I'm not a bandit, though I have found my self in a few fights since I started playing the standalone. If I win, I want to then be able to loot the dead bodies, but it has happened on multiple occasions when the person I killed will begin to scoot away along the ground, allowing me only a couple of seconds to loot. Just a couple minutes ago, I actually killed someone, and he kept running in a direction, only to glitch back to where he died, over and over again. I couldn't access his loot at all.
