I cant access anything in my inventory. I have tried using the hotbar to equip weapons, food, or tools but nothing happens. I have also clicked and dragged items into my hand and nothing happens. Attempts to drop items on the floor seem to do nothing but upon leaving a server and logging back in the items are gone from my inventory. Seems to be a latency thing, however i can move around and when i log back in my position is still recorded, i have ran from 1 town to another and i could not use any item but i was spawned in the second town that i reached.

I attempted multiple servers, waited on some servers for about an hour in case it was a major latency issue. I am carrying 3 mountain backpacks inside of each other so it may be confusing the game as i had no issues before stacking backpacks. character model on the main screen is still wearing gear that i dropped in testing and is gone from my in game inventory.

i just reported the exact same issue. This is making the game unplayable. The server seems to register everything i do (interaction with items and such) however you'll only find out if you log out and back in. Btw i'm not carrying backpacks within my backpack. However i do have a couple of medkits and yellow protector cases inside my inventory.

The same thing is happening to me. I can't seem to do much of anything at the moment. I did notice that my ping, desync, etc are reporting 0 for when I log in. At one point an item that I dropped on the ground did appear when I logged out and back in.

The issue can be fixed by dropping the embedded backpacks. However there is a good chance they and all the items in them will be lost. Everything else remained in my inventory though and I was able to keep the outer mountain backpack.
